1. Pay-off stand (normally 7-head up to 19-head): Used to stably hold and release raw wire spools.
2. Tension stand: Ensures consistent tension of each wire during the stranding process, preventing wire breakage or uneven stranding.
3. Rotary wire assembly rack (where wires come together and form one strand): Aligns and combines multiple wires before they enter the stranding host.
4. Stranding host (which holds the take-up bobbin and where the actual rotation happens): The core component of the double twist stranding machine that completes the twisting of multiple wires into a single conductor.

Ans: Hopda’s double twist stranding machine is designed with a pair of stranding bows instead of just one. This design allows it to maintain good stability even when operating at high rotation speeds. Many other double twist buncher models only have one stranding bow, which means the machine vibrates heavily when running at high speeds—this not only affects stranding quality but also shortens the machine’s service life.
